Everyday life should still contain things to look forward to.
Our wellbeing programme is shaped around residents’ interests, abilities and preferences, with a mixture of group activities, one-to-one time and community connections.
Activities with purpose, choice and enjoyment.
Our Social and Wellbeing team takes time to understand what each resident likes, what they have always enjoyed and what they might like to try. The programme balances social, physical, creative, sensory and reminiscence activities.
There is no pressure to join everything. Sometimes wellbeing means an event with friends; sometimes it means a quiet conversation, a newspaper, time in the garden or a favourite film.

Something different throughout the week.

Food should be enjoyable as well as nutritious.
Meals are freshly prepared with choice built in, and individual dietary needs are discussed as part of each resident’s care planning. Friends and family are welcome to share meals, helping dining remain a social and familiar part of life.
Come and spend some time with us.
A visit is the best way to get a feel for Margaret House, meet the team and ask the questions that matter to you.
